1. The rack system out of the box, not installed YET!

2. After about 2 hours of work I finished the installed one of my bikes on the rack to test it. So far so good, after a test drive, it held up very well. Notice how the rack doesn't touch the car's paint.

3. Close-up of rack straps going into the cabin. The instuctions have the straps hooked in small holes in the cars sheet metal under the trunk carpeting, but I was too tired the night I installed them so I wrapped a towel around the trunk cross bar and tied the straps there.
